Carter is a skilled Music Director with experience in working with children, college students, community members, peers, and professionals. His organizational leadership abilities allow for clear communication and collaboration with creative team members, designers, cast, crew and orchestra/band musicians. His diverse musical background enables him to bring many different kinds of music to life in their most fabulous forms. Carter's flexibility between piano – conducting and 'stick' conducting allow him to effectively lead any ensemble. He has experience in new works, as well as creating and music directing cabarets and mini musical revues.
