Summer at the POST

This summer, I've had the incredible opportunity to Music Direct three shows at the Post Playhouse in Crawford, Nebraska. SEUSSICAL, OKLAHOMA!, and GREASE, have been so much fun to put together, and run in repertory all at the same time! Despite the demanding workload, it's been very enjoyable to switch between playing each show multiple times a week. I would be remiss not to mention the amazing experience of working with some amazing directors: Dennis Clark and Dewayne Barrett. They have each inspired my work ethic to a greater level, and showed me how we all support each other as collaborators. 

While all 3 shows I Music Directed are open right now, I'm also playing Keyboard 2 for DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, which gets thrown into the mix starting July 3rd! (And under the Direction of Tim Ellis with Music Direction by Kenny Lear!) 

In the pit, is Brandon Divita and Jo Arnold- who both absolutely kill it every day! I couldn't ask for a better Drums and Bass duo!

This summer I'm privileged to work alongside some ultra talented cast members who are dedicated to bringing the visions of each of these shows to life. I'm also grateful for the community we've all developed as a company, and the hospitality of the people of Crawford, Chadron, and beyond.

To add to the bucket list of 'things that can go wrong,' we canceled several shows and were evacuated briefly from town due to a very nearby wildfire, which thankfully was stopped just short of the theatre and the town. We are all very grateful to the hardworking fire professionals who keep us safe.

As always I remain thankful to everyone who's worked to make this summer amazing. Come see us at the Post until August 9th!
